| Rapid Cycle Performance Improvement (RCPI) is a model for continually assessing your professional processes for efficiency and effectiveness using evidence-based measures. This CME course will provide concrete practice tools and resources for implementing an improvement plan into your practice. Using the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) model this course will illustrate how to implement and measure change in your practice and will focus specifically on evidence-based measures and an implementation plan for improving care for patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). |
