|
| Rapid Cycle Performance Improvement (RCPI) is a model for continually analyzing your professional processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Measurable performance improvement is a current hot topic in clinical practice. The Plan-Do-Study-Act model will be used in this course to illustrate how to implement and measure change in your practice. This course will focus specifically on measures and an implementation plan for improving your screening and diagnosing of patients suspected of pulmonary arterial hypertension. |
